Open command prompt, cd in to the directory you have Quark in, and run the command: java -jar Quark. Also make sure, you have Java installed. Fixed, thanks! The errors above are from running it on the command line. Java 8u Unfortunately you will need to create a account in order to download the archived version and verify your email address. After this it should work, let me know if anyone has problems. Not sure, why develop on Java at all lol. I have same problem too.
